From the creators of Dallas’ iconic Lee Harvey’s comes a unique social swim club featuring a full bar and a creative, fresh summer menu. Dive-In was quite the experiment. It’s part club, part merch, part reservations, and all fun! And certainly, the best way to beat the heat in Dallas!
Our challenge was to find a tool that could be best adapted to their unique needs. One that would enable us to build the necessary components for our client’s success. We are proud to have been able to showcase our client’s website leveraging Square’s CMS and nearly all of their tools, all while keeping within budget.
During our second season with Dive-In, we improved their team’s operational process and utilized analytic data to focus on the key revenue drivers. For the upcoming ‘24 season, we plan to broaden our offerings by introducing exclusive merchandise for a limited time, creating a new revenue driver.
