Restorative Farms came to us wanting to prepare for their biggest time of the year, the Texas State Fair. Unfortunately 2020 brought unforeseen challenges with the COVID-19 pandemic. They needed a solution that would allow them to generate sales while adhering to a rapidly changing environment.
Pink Jacket quickly redeveloped their digital infrastructure in a transformational way. They pivoted from focusing on the State Fair to selling their custom GroBoxes online, complete with a marketing suite, customer service tools, analytics, & the ability to do good. Additionally, curbside pickup & delivery options were installed meeting the challenges of the day. These steps moved them from an old model of supplying Dallas customers to inspiring people to plant the seeds and growth insight for their own vegetable garden in their own backyards. These new parnterships have inspired a whole new generation of horticulturists.
